What we do on the call
- We cost your building live, on prices surveyed in your own city.
- We read your drawings if they are ready, and the take-off comes off real dimensions.
- We answer on the sources: where each figure comes from and the date it was surveyed.
- We size the slab, beam, column and footing to the Eurocodes, from your own spans.
- You leave with the exported quotation: basis, exclusions and the sources appendix.
- We look at which plan fits, seats included, without selling you above it.
It is not a design service: we cost and we size preliminarily, we do not sign drawings.
You will be with a quantity surveyor from the team.
Leave a number: if the video will not hold, we call you instead.
The confirmation carries an .ics file: one tap puts it in your calendar, whichever one you keep.
